The event is approved by FIPSAS (Italian Federation of Sport Fishing and Underwater Activities) and will count toward the CONI Finswimming Trophy 2025.

The competition will take place in a 25-meter pool with 6 lanes. The pool depth ranges from 1.65 m to 1.85 m. The event will start at 9:30 AM, with warm-ups scheduled from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM.

Registrations must be submitted by June 1, 2025, through the website https://nuotosprint.it. The registration fees are:
