Goodbye Maurizio Bellodi - R.I.P. - Finswimmer Magazine

Maurizio Bellodi, finswimming and freediving coach, passed away at the age of 70. He held various positions in FIPSAS, first in fin swimming and then in freediving, where he was both Sports Director and Technical Director of the National Teams. A lover of all things sport, Bellodi was a highly regarded athletic trainer. He introduced several innovations in freediving, some of which meant that the approach to this discipline was different, more oriented towards competition, of which he was a great expert. The Federal President, the Federal Councilors, the General Secretary, the Underwater Activities and Fin Swimming Sector Committee and the entire FIPSAS join in the condolences of his loved ones.
