We just got the information about the Diamant Kupa, an important international Finswimming competition that will take place in the city of Kaposvár (Hungary) on April 13th 2019.

Objective: To promote finswimming, to provide a competition for swimmers.
Organizer: 1st Hungarian Sugar Manufactory Diamant Adorján Sports Club (7400 Kaposvár, Vak Bottyán u. 85., Hungary)
Date of competition: Saturday, 13 April, 2019
Place of competition: Kaposvár Pool and Spa (50m waveless pool covered by tent, automatic electronic time-keeping)
Deadline for registration: 9 April, 2019.

Registration fee: 2000 HUF per person to be paid on the spot.
Participation: Expenses of the organization of the competition are covered by the organizer. Participation expenses are covered by the sports clubs. Participation is allowed to each swimmer provided he/she
– in the case of a domestic teams, the Hungarian Finswimming Association, while in the case of foreigners their national association is CMAS
– is entered by their sports club according to the invitation
– is registered with the Hungarian Finswimming Association
– holds a valid medical
– please register in time
Each swimmer can only enter events included in the program and according to their age group.
General conditions: The competition is organized according to the rules of MBSZ (Hungarian Finswimming Association). In the compounds of the pool, slippers or clean trainers are required.
Team leaders are to report to the competition office holding the following documents for each swimmer: sports club registration booklet/card, medical, valid competition permit. Swimmers participate in the competition at their own risk!
The competition will be conducted according to the CMAS International Code, the Hungarian Finswimming Association’s domestic rules and the competition rules.Use of race dress is allowed. Each competitor can only be registered in the race event and distance of his age group, who can only race with the equipment prescribed in his age group. A competitor can only be started in one age group in individual competitions. In the relays finswimmers are allowed to be registered to enter events of older age groups than their own age, but only if the competitor has not been registered in the same event and distance in their own age group in the given period, during the given day.
A team can launch multiple relays.
Classification:Classification will take place on the basis of the results in the time heats.
Prizes: The first three places of the team competition will receive cups. (scores according to CMAS chart)The first three places of the individual events will receive medals.
Protest: It is to be submitted in writing for a fee of 15000 HUF within 30 minutes after publication of results.
