Gianfranco Ciavarella, a historical person of the Italian finswimming movement, has died. During his sporting career, Gianfranco has held several roles in the federal sphere, including that of member of the Finswimming Sector Committee for twelve years. President of the ACSD Pentotary of Foggia, Gianfranco, who, among others, also had the merit of having contributed to spreading diving in Puglia, leaves an indelible memory. The Federal President, the Federal Councilors, the Secretary General, the Underwater Activities and Finswimming Sector Committee and FIPSAS all join in the condolences of his loved ones.
