Finswimming is one of the most exciting water sport ever. Finswimming is a sport belonging to the aquatic specialties which, using specific equipment (monofin, fins, snorkel or cylinders) allows the athlete to reach much higher speeds than swimming. There are indoor (swimming pools) and open water (sea, lake, rivers) championships.

As the First Workshop in Varedo in November 2021, the Swimming World Champion Filippo Magnini and the Apnea World Record Holder Mike Maric, organize on January 16th-17th 2022 another Workshop in Montegrotto Terme (Italy), in the swimming pool Y-40, one of the deepest in the World.
